CASDEN Banque Populaire

CASDEN Banque Populaire is a cooperative bank for all French public service employees. It currently has over 1.7 million members, providing them with support in their personal and professional projects. CASDEN was originally set up by and for teachers and has developed a strong social commitment in the fields of education, research and culture, as well as in education in sustainable development, the social economy and sport. This commitment is expressed in patronage and partnerships with key players in each field.

Being a patron of the musée du quai Branly - Jacques Chirac and providing support for mediation tools to help teachers and individuals accompanying groups of children is fully in line with CASDEN’s social commitment policy: helping to provide wider public access to culture, supporting our Members in their work and promoting humanist values, such as citizenship, education against racism, etc.   Through this project, CASDEN is developing links between education and culture, between openness to others and art, and between schools and the museum.

In 2019-2020, CASDEN supported two of the museum's projects: training for teachers and creation of an application for the "Experts" workshop, a workshop also supported by CASDEN in 2017.
