Fonds HANDICAP & SOCIETE PAR INTEGRANCE

Fonds Handicap & Société par Intégrance aims to improve the situation of disabled, sick and dependent people, by implementing innovative actions, particularly in the fields of health, employment, social life and leisure. Supporting the Fund enables companies to benefit from ethical communication and to support the most vulnerable people in their projects and life paths.

Committed to the musée du quai Branly - Jacques Chirac since 2010, Fonds Handicap & Société par Intégrance has contributed to the improvement of the tactile table located at the entrance of the garden. In 2017, the Fund also supported the "Carte blanche aux médiathèques" project of the AP-HP.

In addition, Fonds Handicap & Société par Intégrance supported the accessibility of the temporary exhibitions L’Afrique des routes, La Pierre sacrée des Maoris, Enfers et fantômes d’Asie and Océanie, as well as the development in 2019 of "Mon P’tit sac d’explo au Groenland", a mediation tool that allows the youngest children (3 to 5 years old) to be introduced to the world of the museum by mobilising all their senses.

In 2021, Fonds Handicap & Société par Intégrance supported the off-site activities organised by the museum as part of its partnership with the AP-HP.

Its actions continued in 2022 with support for the accessibility of the Rivière facility.

In 2024, the Fonds Handicap & Société is extending its commitment by enabling the acquisition of new innovative accessibility devices: SoundX backpacks, which enable deaf and hard-of-hearing people to feel music.
