Résumé
'The six essays that make up this volume are the product of an exercise of collective reflection, within the framework of the homonymous seminar 'Las regiones indígenas a prueba de la etnografía'. Everything arose from a question: to what the words 'regions', 'indigenous' in the title of one of the largest projects in the Mexican ethnographic work of the last twenty years: the National Program Ethnography of the Indigenous Regions of Mexico, obey? Scrutinizing the title of a collective project like this implies reopening the initial debates in which a program was cemented that sought to compensate for the limitations of ethnography produced in Mexico through linking the research that was developed in a dispersed and individual way in different latitudes of the country, to give rise to a collective ethnographic practice under a reticulated research design in indigenous regions.'
