Portrait d'une femme assise et d'une fillette debout à côté, à Mishongnavi. La fillette porte de nombreux colliers autour du cou et une coiffure imitant les fleurs de courge, un symbole de la virginité et de la fertilité chez les Indiens Hopi.Légende manuscrite sur la planche : "This young maiden & her mother reside at Mashongonavi [Mishongnavi], on the second mesa.
