; The person's structuring establishes itself in conjunction with the structuring of the social environment. This mutual construction is being realised through a multitude of organisations, whether they be formal or informal. The membership group is the cultural instance that enables the linkage between one individual, the other human beings and the environment. Therefore, the Person is both an individual and social being. He/She is both singular and plural. The concept of belonging is used to apprehend the singular - plural link in organisations. In a company, as a specific type of organisation, the collective skill results in the singular - plural articulation. It is its added-value. The Strategic Management of Belonging enables to shift from the individual skill to the collective one. The active Integration and the internal interacting Awareness contribute to the collective skill construction within companies.
