Résumé
In the Spring of 1994, Timothy asch, internationally known and honored filmmacker, co-founder of Documentary Educational Resources, educator, anthropologist, and driving force behind the Visual Anthropology Review, was dying of cancer. His colleague and fellow visual anthopologist, Jaysinhji Jhala visited him at his home in Los Angeles to conduct a video taped interview from wich this edited version in the end result. Tim took this opportunity to express his views about his life and work revealing intimate details that give us a perspective not only on this complex individual but on the reality of confronting death.
